These Terms of Service constitute a Membership Agreement between you the member and Clicksia.com, Clicksia.com sets out the terms of your membership. You must read, understand and agree to the terms and conditions of this Membership Agreement by marking I Accept. If you refuse them, Clicksia.com is unwilling to allow You to become a Member.

1 Members must log in at least once every 90 day(s) in order to stay active. Inactive members could have their accounts suspended and forfeit any account balance and advertising credits. For security reasons we do not remove accounts. Please do not contact us requesting an account removal.
2 You must speak and understand English in order to use our services. You must use English when advertising or communicating on our site.
3 You may only have one account. Do not attempt to create more than one account or all of your accounts will be terminated. You should never need another account. If you have forgotten your user information all you need to do is request for it to be e-mailed to you.
4 Auto-Click/Software. If you are offering or found to be promoting or using any unauthorized third party software or services used to auto-click, auto-surf, ad-alert, or circumvent or defraud Clicksia.com your account will be terminated without notice. Deletion of your account due to any of these violations results in forfeiture of all account balances. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
5 Having a username that we deem inappropriate may lead to the suspension of your account.

2 There is no limit to the amount of members you can refer, but you only receive credit for your direct first level referrals. All purchased referrals stay for the lifetime of your account.
3 You may not refer other people in your household. Only one account, email, and I.P. per customer.
1 All payments are made via AlertPay or PayPal account. You can request for payment once your account balance is $1.00 USD or more.
2 Payments are processed and issued within 7 business days.

1 Paid to Sign Up Terms: Members submitting fake or false info on Paid to Sign Up offers will result in the offer being denied and possible account suspension. Advertisers found falsely denying valid member signups will result in forfeiture of advertising credits and possible account suspension.
2 Members that receive a large number of denied signups will have their accounts flagged and not be able to participate in Paid to Sign Up.
1 PTP Terms: No Fake traffic generators, Hit Bots, or Automated visitors of any kind. If your Clicksia.com PTP link loads in a frame it must not be smaller than 50% of the viewers total browser space . Any traffic deemed by Clicksia.com to be abuse of the PTP service may result in account termination and loss of all earnings.
2 Current PTP rate for free members is $0.10 CPM ($0.10 per 1,000 hits). Current rate for Elite members is $0.20 CPM ($0.20 per 1,000hits).
1 Refund Policy: Fees for upgrading your membership or purchasing intangible items are generally non-refundable. Aside from this, we will work with you to solve any problems you may have.
1 Advertising Terms: The website must not contain pornographic, racist, discriminating, vulgar, illegal, or other adult materials of any kind. The website must not contain any frame breakers. The website must be English. The website must not contain or promote any viruses. The website must not contain ANY prompts such as download dialogs or confirmation alerts. The website must not have a popup/pop under window.
1 We have the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, for any reason and without warning or notice. If we decide to give a notice, we will notify you by e-mail. If you are caught cheating in any way, your account will be deleted without notice. Please note due to the proprietary nature of our monitoring system, we're not able to disclose any detailed information nor discuss the reason.
2 By joining Clicksia.com, you agree that you shall be fully responsible for any filing of taxes that is required by your governmental authorities. Because of our worldwide, international status - we will not do this for you.
3 You are not an employee of Clicksia.com and you are not an independent contractor for Clicksia.com. We simply create a middle-man connection from the advertiser to the consumer. You or Clicksia.com has the right to terminate this relationship at any time.
4 Liability: Clicksia.com will not be liable for delays or failure in performance caused by acts of God, war, terrorism, strike, labor dispute, work stoppage, fire, act of government, or any other cause, whether similar or dissimilar, beyond our control. Clicksia.com reserves the right to restrict, alter, or modify fees, benefits, rules, regulations, special offers, membership terms and conditions or terminate services any time and without notice. Clicksia.com, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agents are not responsible for any products and services of other program participating companies or partners.
5 Assurance: Clicksia.com upfront reserves the right to modify the terms at any time, with or without caution. We take no responsibility for violations occurred by Clicksia.com members, it's your job to revise the terms on a regular basis.
6 Errors: We cannot assure the site may or may not have exploits, Any user caught exploiting any area of Clicksia.com will result in account termination and all funds to be forfeited. Please note legal action may also be initiated.
7 Reserves: Clicksia.com reserves the right to modify, edit, delete or rename your account at any time with or without notice.
